She walks in the door, her arm around a rather cold Rosalind to guide her into the house and keep her warm, talking to her rapidly and excitedly. "So, how is Hogwarts? Gryffindor, huh? Must be great, I'm in Hufflepuff, we have a basement common room..."

She's jabbering back with equal speed. "Hogwarts is great, and yeah Gryffindor's so great, although I'm sure Hufflepuff is too, right? Ours is in a tower with a portrait with an awful singing voice... Is it true the light's green?" she asked Alfwin with a grin of excitement - she'd been down to the dungeons but she'd never been in the common room before. That started plans going, but she could finish that later.

Seeing the light in Rosalind's eyes, she smiled a little. "Don't try it with Hufflepuff," she warned, "you get sprayed with vinegar if you get the rhythm wrong. Not in the Hufflepuff spirit, I know,"

She tried to visualise the green dots, resting her head on her shoulder, quickly amending the green the tips of her hair were turning while she thought about the colour they would be. "It's all red in Gryffindor - there are really large armchairs by the fire, and wizards' chess sets."
